BULL OF INDICTION
OF THE EXTRAORDINARY
JUBILEE OF MERCY

FRANCIS
BISHOP OF ROME
SERVANT OF THE SERVANTS OF GOD
TO ALL WHO READ THIS LETTER
GRACE, MERCY, AND PEACE

GOD THE FATHER

click image for full Bull of Indiction

1.  Jesus Christ is the face of the Father’s mercy. These words might well sum up the mystery of the Christian faith. Mercy has become living and visible in Jesus of Nazareth, reaching its culmination in him. The Father, “rich in mercy” (Eph 2:4), after having revealed his name to Moses as “a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness” (Ex 34:6), has never ceased to show, in various ways throughout history, his divine nature. In the “fullness of time” (Gal 4:4), when everything had been arranged according to his plan of salvation, he sent his only Son into the world, born of the Virgin Mary, to reveal his love for us in a definitive way. Whoever sees Jesus sees the Father (cf. Jn 14:9). Jesus of Nazareth, by his words, his actions, and his entire person[1] reveals the mercy of God.

EASTER SUNDAY

HAPPY AND BLESSED EASTER SUNDAY!

ALLELUIA!  HE IS RISEN! ALLELUIA!

FIAT!

resurrection_picFROM THE VIRGIN MARY IN THE KINGDOM OF THE DIVINE WILL

DAY TWENTY-EIGHT

Even though the eyes of my soul followed my Son and I never lost sight of Him, at the same time, during those three days in which He was buried, I felt such yearning to see Him risen, that in the ardor of my love I kept repeating: “Rise, my Glory! Rise, my Life!” My desires were ardent, my sighs, of fire – to the point of feeling consumed.

Now, in these yearnings, I saw my dear Son, accompanied by that great crowd of people, leaving Limbo and going back to the sepulcher. It was the dawn of the third day, and just as all nature had cried over Him, now it rejoiced; so much so, that the sun anticipated its course to be present at the act in which my Son was rising. But – oh marvel! – before rising again, He showed that crowd of people His Most Holy Humanity – bleeding, wounded, disfigured; the way it had been reduced for love of them and for all. All were moved, and admired the excesses of love and the great portent of Redemption.

Now, my child, oh, how I wish you to be present in the act of the Resurrection of my Son! He was all Majesty; from His Divinity, united to His soul, He unleashed enchanting seas of light and beauty, such as to fill Heaven and earth. Then, triumphantly, making use of His power, He commanded His dead Humanity to receive His soul again, and to rise, triumphantly and gloriously, to immortal life. What a solemn act! My dear Jesus triumphed over death, saying: “Death, you will be death no longer – but life!”

Resurrection-_Carl-Heinrich-Bloch-1873With this act of triumph, He placed the seal on the fact that He was Man and God; and with His Resurrection, He confirmed the Gospel, His miracles, the life of the Sacraments, and the whole life of the Church. And not only this, but He obtained triumph over the human wills, weakened and almost extinguished to true good, to let triumph over them the life of that Divine Will which was to bring the fullness of Sanctity and of all goods to creatures. And at the same time, by virtue of His Resurrection, He sowed into the bodies the seed of resurrection to everlasting glory. My child, the Resurrection of my Son encloses everything, says everything, confirms everything, and is the most solemn act that He did for love of creatures.

Now, listen to Me, my child; I want to speak to you as a Mother who loves her child very much. I want to tell you what it means to do the Divine Will and to live of It; and the example is given to you by my Son and by Me. Our life was strewn with pains, with poverty, with humiliations, to the point of seeing my beloved Son die of pains; but in all this ran the Divine Will. It was the life of our pains, and We felt triumphant and conquerors, to the extent of changing even death into life; so much so, that in seeing Its great good, We voluntarily exposed ourselves to sufferings because, since the Divine Will was in Us, no one could impose himself on It, or on Us. Suffering was in our power, and We called upon it as nourishment and triumph of the Redemption, so as to be able to bring good to the entire world.

Now, dear child, if your life and your pains have the Divine Will as their center of life, be certain that sweet Jesus will use you and your pains to give help, light and grace to the whole universe. Therefore, pluck up courage; the Divine Will can do great things where It reigns. In all circumstances, reflect yourself in Me and in your sweet Jesus, and move forward.

DAY TWENTY-NINE

Now, listen to Me, dear child. You must know that after the death of my Son I withdrew in the cenacle, together with beloved John and Magdalene. But my Heart was pierced because only John was near Me, and in my sorrow I said: “And the other apostles…where are they?”

But as they heard that Jesus had died, touched by special graces, all moved and weeping, the fugitives drew around Me, Resurrection-Pictures-05one by one, surrounding Me like a crown; and with tears and sighs, they asked for my forgiveness for having so cravenly abandoned their Master, and having run away from Him. I welcomed them maternally in the ark of refuge and salvation of my Heart; I assured them of the forgiveness of my Son, and I encouraged them not to fear. I said to them that their destiny was in my hands, because He had given them all to Me as my children, and I recognized them as such.

Blessed child, you know that I was present at the Resurrection of my Son. But I did not say a word to anyone, waiting for Jesus Himself to manifest Himself as risen, gloriously and triumphantly. The first one to see Him risen was the fortunate Magdalene; then the pious women. All came to Me telling Me that they had seen Jesus risen, and that the sepulcher was empty; and I listened to all, and with an air of triumph I confirmed all in the faith in the Resurrection. By evening, almost all of the apostles had seen Him, and all felt as though triumphant at having been the apostles of Jesus. What change of scene, dear child! – symbol of those who have first let themselves be dominated by the human will, represented by the apostles who run away, abandoning their Master; and their fear and fright is such that they hide, and Peter reaches the point of denying Him. Oh, if they had been dominated by the Divine Will, they would never have run away from their Master, but, courageous and triumphant, would never have departed from His side, and would have felt honored to lay down their lives to defend Him.

FROM THE LETTERS OF THE SERVANT OF GOD, LUISA PICCARRETA

Resurrection 4LETTER # 72  – “Now I feel the need to send you my Easter wishes… Here is my wish,…:  to rise not only on Easter, but continually in Jesus; so that every pain and each one of our acts, may be the means in order to rise in the One Who loves us so much.  I believe I could not send you a more beautiful wish; and I believe you will appreciate it, more so, under the rain of unheard-of crosses and of profound humiliations.  The storms give no sign of ceasing.  Pray that He will make peace rise again from the storms, otherwise one cannot live.”

LETTER # 85 – I send you my wishes of good Easter:  let the Divine Will rise again in you.  I leave you in the Divine Volition to make yourself a saint, that the earth may no longer be earth for you, but Heaven…”

Holy Saturday

Holy Saturday 02FROM THE VIRGIN MARY IN THE KINGDOM OF THE DIVINE WILL

Lesson of the Desolate Queen and Mother:

Now, listen to Me, child of my sorrows. As my dear Son breathed His last, He descended into Limbo, triumpher and bearer of glory and happiness to that prison in which were all the Patriarchs and the Prophets, the first father Adam, dear Saint Joseph, my holy parents, and all those who had been saved by virtue of the foreseen merits of the future Redeemer. I was inseparable from my Son, and not even death could take Him away from Me. So, in the ardor of my sorrows I followed Him into Limbo, and was spectator of the feast and of the thanksgivings which that whole great crowd of people gave to my Son, who had suffered so much, and whose first step had been toward them, to beatify them and to bring them with Himself into celestial glory. So, as He died, conquests and glory began for Jesus and for all those who loved Him. This, dear child, is symbol of how, as the creature makes her will die through union with the Divine Will, conquests of divine order, glory and joy begin – even in the midst of the greatest sorrows.

“Doctrine of the Divine Will”

Doctrine of the Divine Will

FROM THE BOOK OF HEAVEN

Luisa holding CrucifixV16 – 2.10.24 – The Doctrine on My Divine Will is the Purest, the Most Beautiful, not subject to any shadow of the material or of interest, either in the Supernatural or in the natural order. Therefore, just like the Sun, It will be the Most Penetrating, the Most Fecund, and the Most Welcomed and Appreciated. And Being Light, It will Make Itself Understood and will Make Its Own Way. It will not be subject to doubt or suspicions of error; and if some words will not be Understood, it will be because of Too Much Light, which, eclipsing the human intellect, will not allow them to Understand the Whole Fullness of the Truth. However, they will not find one word which is not True. At the most, they will not be able to Comprehend it Fully.

Therefore, in view of the Good which I see, I push you (Luisa) to neglect nothing in writing. One saying, one effect, one simile on My Divine Will can be like Beneficial Dew upon the souls, just as dew is beneficial on the plants after a day of burning sun, or like a pouring rain after long months of drought. You cannot understand All the Good, the Light, the Strength Contained in one word; but your Jesus Knows it, and Knows the ones whom it will Serve and the Good it will Do.”

Now, as He was saying this, He showed me a table in the midst of the Church, and all the Writings on the Divine Will placed on it. Many venerable people surrounded that table and were transformed into Light and Divinized; and as they walked, they Communicated that Light to whomever they Encountered. Then Jesus added: “You (Luisa) will see this great Good from Heaven, when the Church will Receive this Celestial Food, which will Strengthen her and Make her Rise Again to her Full Triumph.”

V16 – 5.13.24 – “…since there is always something to give to the creature, I (Jesus) Act now as a Skillful Painter, Portraying My Image in her; now as a Master, Teaching her the Most High and Sublime Doctrines; now as a Passionate Lover, Giving and Wanting Love. In sum, I Use and Perform All My Arts to Amuse Myself with her.”

V16 – 5.24.24 – The Doctrine of My Divine Will is More than Crystal Clear water taken at limpid Fount of My Divinity; it is More than a refulgent Sun which illuminates and warms. It is a Most Clear Mirror, and whoever will have the great Good of Reflecting himself in this Celestial and Divine Doctrine, will be Shaken and will Feel within himself all the Goodwill to be Purified of his stains, to be able to Drink in Large Gulps from this Celestial Doctrine and so Remain Embellished by Its Divine Adornments.”

V19 – 6.15.26 – “…just as I chose Saint Joseph to be together with Me and My Mama, as Our Cooperator, Tutor and Vigilant Sentry for Me and for the Sovereign Queen, in the Same Way, I have placed near you (Luisa) the vigilant assistance of My ministers, as cooperators, tutors and depositories of the Knowledges, Goods and Prodigies Contained in My Divine Will.  And since My Divine Will Wants to Establish Its Kingdom in the midst of peoples, through you (Luisa) I Want to Deposit this Celestial Doctrine in My Ministers as My New Apostles, so that First I may Form with them the Link of Connection with My Divine Will, and then they may Transmit it into the midst of peoples.  If it were not so, or were not to be so, I would not have Insisted so much on having you write, nor would I have permitted the daily coming of the priest, but I would have left all My Work between Me and you.”

All Must Aspire to a Kingdom

Palm Sunday

palm_sunday02V4 – 3.31.01 – After staying for some time, He transported me outside of myself, and I saw that the Church was celebrating the Day of the Palms; and Jesus, breaking the silence, told me: “How much volubility, how much inconstancy! Just as today they cried out ‘Hosanna!’, proclaiming Me as their King, on another day they cried out ‘Crucify Him! Crucify Him!’ My daughter, the thing that displeases Me the most is inconstancy and volubility, because this is the sign that the truth has not taken possession of these souls. Even in things of religion, it may be that they find their satisfaction, their own convenience and interest, or that they just find themselves in that party; but tomorrow these things may be missing, or they may find themselves involved in other parties – and here is how they deviate from religion, and with no regret they give themselves to other sects. Indeed, when the true light of Truth enters a soul and takes possession of a heart, she is not subject to inconstancy. On the contrary, she sacrifices everything for love of It and to let herself be mastered by It alone; and with unconquered heart she despises everything else which does not belong to the Truth.” And while saying this, He cried over the condition of the present generation, worse than in those times, subject to inconstancy according to wherever the winds blow.

V6 – 4.16.05 – “Today is the Day of the Palms in which I was proclaimed King. All must aspire to a kingdom, but in order to acquire the eternal kingdom it is necessary for the creature to acquire the regime of herself through the dominion of her passions. The only means is suffering, because suffering is reigning; that is, through patience, man puts himself in his place, becoming king of himself and of the eternal kingdom.”
