Prayer for The United States of America

Almighty and Eternal God, King of Kings and Lord of Lords: graciously
turn your gaze to us who invoke You with confidence.

Bless us, citizens of the United States of America; grant peace and
prosperity to our Nation; illuminate those who govern us so that they may
commit themselves to the common good, in respect for Your holy Law.
Protect those who, defending the inviolable principles of the Natural Law
and Your Commandments, must face the repeated assaults of the Enemy
of the human race.

Keep in the hearts of Your children courage for the truth, love for virtue
and perseverance in the midst of trials.
Make our families grow in the example that Our Lord has given us, together
with His Most Holy Mother and Saint Joseph in the home of Nazareth;
give to our fathers and mothers the gift of Strength, to educate wisely the
children with which you have blessed them.

Give courage to those who, in spiritual combat, fight the good fight as
soldiers of Christ against the furious forces of the children of darkness.
Keep each one of us, O Lord, in your Most Sacred Heart, and above all
He whom Your Providence has placed at the head of our Nation.

Bless the President of the United States of America, so that aware of his
responsibility and his duties, he may be a knight of justice, a defender of
the oppressed, a firm bulwark against Your enemies, and a proud
supporter of the children of light.

Place the United States of America and the whole world under the mantle
of the Queen of Victories, our Unconquered Leader in battle, the
Immaculate Conception. It is thanks to her, and through your Mercy, that
the hymn of praise rises to you, O Lord, from the children whom you have
redeemed in the Most Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

JUNE 27, 2020

Lord JESUS, by faith in Your Merits, I now take Your Precious Blood and sprinkle It over myself and my family right from the crown of my head to the very soles of my feet. I claim total and complete protection for my life and my family. Lord JESUS, keep me free today from evil, sin, temptation, Satan’s attacks and afflictions, fear of darkness, fear of man, sickness, diseases, doubts, anger, all calamities and from all that is not of Thy Kingdom.

Fill me Lord JESUS with the Gift of Your Holy SPIRIT and grant me the Gift of Wisdom, Knowledge, Understanding and Discernment so that I will live today in Your Glory by doing that which is right.

Since July 3, 1963, the mortal remains of the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta have been kept in the Church of St. Maria Greca in Corato. After her death on March 4, 1947 and her solemn funeral on March 7, 1947, her body was placed at the cemetery of Corato in the chapel of her last official confessor, don Benedetto Calvi, parish priest of the Church Santa Maria Greca.

Don Benedetto, as spiritual assistant accompanied Luisa for 21 years, learning from her the truths of the Divine Will. He made every effort to Keep Luisa’s memory, so much so that he immediately asked the competent authorities to move her remains to the Church-Sanctuary of Santa Maria Greca.   This privilege was granted to him only in 1963. So on July 3, the body of Luisa was exhumed and moved. Everything was done in a very simple way according to Luisa’s lifestyle: simplicity, poverty and smallness.

Luisa’s mortal remains were collected in an urn “covered inside with finest silk cloths, into a crystal box, all locked in the urn to contain the bones of Luisa the Saint”. (Statement by on Benedetto Calvi) and buried inside the Church Santa Maria Greca.

Since April 23, 2019, with the consent of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints and Archbishop Leonardo D’Ascenzo, the tomb of the Little Daughter of the Divine Will has a new location. It is located to the left of the high altar, in the center of the Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament, which has been restored for this occasion

This new location makes it possible to pray with greater recollection, allowing pilgrims, who come from many parts of the world, to stop next to the tomb to receive light, strength, protection and to write a message or prayer on the visitors’ register. Luisa continues, in fact, to represent both for the city of Corato and for those who come from afar a bright lighthouse that shows everyone the path of the Sanctity of the Divine Will.

Our Lady of Consolation

Starting in the 2nd century, Catholics venerated Mary as Our Lady of Consolation, one of Her earliest Titles of Honor. The Title of “Our Lady of Consolation“, or “Mary, Consoler of the Afflicted”, comes from the Latin Consolatrix Afflictorum.^[1] It is found in the Litany of Loreto.

V33 – 6.6.35  – “Now, while He was saying this, my Dear Jesus Showed me, with facts, how the Sovereign Queen Descended from Heaven with an Unspeakable Majesty, and a Tenderness Fully Maternal; and She went Around in the midst of creatures, throughout all nations, and She Marked Her dear children and those who were not to be touched by the scourges.  Whomever My Celestial Mama Touched, the scourges had no power to touch those creatures.  Sweet Jesus gave to His Mama the Right to Bring to Safety whomever She Pleased.  How moving it was to see the Celestial Empress Going Around to all places of the world, taking creatures in Her Maternal Hands, Holding them Close to Her Breast, Hiding them under Her Mantle, so that no evil could harm those whom Her Maternal Goodness Kept in Her Custody, Sheltered and Defended.  Oh! if all could see with how Much Love and Tenderness the Celestial Queen Performed this Office, they would cry of consolation and would love She Who So Much Loves us.” 

Our Lady of All Consolation

May you be blessed, O Mother of Christ Jesus, our Lord — Mother of Mercy, and Lady of all consolation, who console us in all our tribulations. May the holy name of your glory be blessed, praised, and exalted until the end of time. O, Door of paradise! O, Handmaid of the grace and servant of the Holy Ghost! O, Mistress of all wisdom and divine contemplation! O, best teacher of the poverty and humility of Christ! You are more noble than the patriarchs in faith and patience, more preceptive than the prophets in knowledge and insight, higher than the apostles in perfection and sanctity. You surpassed all martyrs in enduring suffering for Christ and excelled all the Saints in works of virtue. In purity you surpassed all other virgins, and the angels and archangels you excelled in the abundance of your grace. “Don’t you know that Redemption is Preparation for the Kingdom of the Divine Will? And the Sacred Heart of Jesus is nothing other than the Immense Reign of His Will. It is not the Heart that Dominates; it is the Divine Will that Dominates His Divine Heart.”

“As My message of October l8th has not been complied with and has not been made known to the world, I am advising you that this is the last one. Before, the cup was filling up. Now it is flowing over. Many cardinals, many bishops, and many priests are on the road to perdition and are taking many souls with them. Less and less importance is being given to the Eucharist. You should turn the wrath of God away from yourselves by your efforts. If you ask His Forgiveness with sincere hearts, He will Pardon you. I, your Mother, through the intercession of Saint Michael the Archangel, ask you to amend your lives. You are now receiving the last warnings. I Love you very much and do not want your condemnation. Pray to us with sincerity and we will grant your requests. You should make more sacrifices. Think about the Passion of Jesus.”

V6 – 6.5.05 – “My daughter, crosses, mortifications, are as many baptismal founts, and any kind of cross that is dipped in the thought of My Passion loses half of its bitterness and its weight decreases by half.”

V11 – 3.21.13 – “My daughter, the thought of My Passion never escaped My Dear Mama, and by dint of repeating It, she filled all of Herself with Me, completely.  The same happens to the soul:  by dint of repeating what I Suffered, she arrives at Filling herself with Me.”

V11 – 2.2.17 – “My daughter, the world has become unbalanced because it has lost the thought of My Passion.  In darkness, it has not found the Light of My Passion that would Illuminate it; and as it would make Known to it My Love and how much souls cost Me, it might turn to Loving the One Who has Truly Loved it; and the Light of My Passion, Guiding it, would put it on its guard against all dangers.  In weakness, it has not found the Strength of My Passion that would Sustain it.  In impatience, it has not found the Mirror of My Patience that would Infuse in it Calm and Resignation; and in the Face of My Patience, feeling ashamed, it would make it its Duty to Dominate itself.  In pains, it has not found the Comfort of the Pains of a God that, Sustaining its pains, would Infuse in it Love of Suffering.  In sin, it has not found My Sanctity that, placing itself in front of it, would Infuse in it hate of sin.  Ah! man has made an abuse of everything, because in everything he has moved away from the One Who could Help him.  This is why the world has lost balance.  It behaved like a child who no longer wanted to recognize his mother; or like a disciple who, denying his master, no longer wanted to listen to his teachings, or learn his lessons.  What shall happen to this child and to this disciple?  They shall be the sorrow of themselves, and the terror and sorrow of society.  Such has man become – terror and sorrow; but a sorrow without pity.  Ah! man is getting worse and worse, and I cry over him with Tears of Blood!”
