Feast of Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI PROCESSION

The Feast of Corpus Christi (Latin for Body of Christ), also known as Corpus Domini, is a Latin Rite liturgical solemnity celebrating the tradition and belief in the body and blood of Jesus Christ and his Real Presence in the Eucharist. It emphasizes the joy of the institution of the Eucharist, which was observed on Holy Thursday in the somber atmosphere of the nearness of Good Friday.

In the present Roman Missal, the feast is designated the solemnity of The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ.[1] It is also celebrated in some Anglican, Lutheran, and Old Catholic Churches that hold similar beliefs regarding the Real Presence.

The feast is liturgically celebrated on the Thursday after Trinity Sunday or, “where the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ is not a holy day of obligation, it is assigned to the Sunday after the Most Holy Trinity as its proper day”.[1] At the end of Holy Mass, there is often a procession of the Blessed Sacrament, generally displayed in a monstrance. The procession is followed by Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.

A notable Eucharistic procession is that presided over by the Pope each year in Rome, where it begins at the Archbasilica of St. John Lateran and makes its way to the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, where it concludes with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. – Wikipedia

After this, since it was the Feast of Corpus Domini, I was thinking to myself that that day was the feast of the marriage that blessed Jesus did with souls in the Most Holy Sacrament of Love.

And my Beloved Jesus, moving in my interior, told me: “My daughter, the true marriage with humanity was done in Creation. Nothing was lacking, either to the soul or to the body; everything was done with royal sumptuousness. An immense palace was prepared for the human nature, such that no king or emperor can have one similar to it, which is the whole universe: a starry heaven and its vault, a sun whose light would never be extinguished; flourishing gardens in which the happy couple, God and man, would stroll, amuse itself and maintain the continuous, uninterrupted feast of our marriage; and garments, woven not with matter, but formed of purest light by Our Power, as befitted royal persons.

“Everything was beauty in man, soul and body, because He who prepared the marriage and formed it was of an unreachable Beauty. So, from the external sumptuousness of the so many enchanting beauties present in the whole of Creation, you can imagine the internal seas of sanctity, of beauty, of light, of science, etc., that the interior of man possessed. All the acts of man, internal and external, were as many musical keys that formed the most beautiful melodies, sweet, melodious, harmonious, that maintained the joy of the marriage. And each additional act that he would dispose himself to do was a new little sonata that he would prepare, to call his Spouse to delight with him.

“My Divine Will, that dominated humanity, brought him the new continuous act and the Likeness of the One who had created him and married him. But, in such great feast, man broke the strongest bond, in which lay the whole validity of our marriage and through which it had been in force: he withdrew from Our Will. Because of this, the marriage was broken, and since all the rights were lost, only the memory of it was left, but the substance, the life, the effects no longer existed.

“Now, the Sacrament of the Eucharist in which My Love overabounded in all possible imaginable ways, cannot be called either the first or the true marriage of Creation, for I do nothing but the continuation of what I did while being on earth. According to the needs present in souls, with some I make Myself the compassionate doctor in order to heal them, with some the teacher to instruct them, with some the father to forgive them, with some light to give them sight. I give strength to the weak, courage to the timid, peace to the restless—in sum, I continue My redemptive Life and Virtue; however, all these miseries exclude the true marriage.

“No young man marries a young woman who is ill—at most, he waits for her to recover; or a young woman who is weak and who offends him very often. And if the groom is a king and loves her, at most he waits for the bride to get well, to love him, and for her condition to become somehow satisfactory, and not so inferior to his. Now, the condition in which poor humanity finds itself is still that of a poor ill one, and I am waiting for My Will to be known and to reign in the midst of creatures, for It will give them true health, royal garments, beauty worthy of Me. Then will I form again the true and original marriage.”

Then He added with more Loving Tenderness:

“My good daughter (Luisa), My Love wants to be tied more and more to (you) the creature, and the more Truths It (My Divine Love) Manifests regarding My Most Holy Divine Will, the more bonds I (Jesus) put between God and herself.

In Manifesting the Truth, My Divine Love is preparing the Marriage between God and the soul.

The more It Manifests the more Pomp and Magnificence this Marriage will have.

Would you like to know what happens then?

My Truths will be like the dowry needed in order to marry God; to get to know the One (God) who lowers Himself and even ties Himself—only for Love—in the bond of Marriage.

My Truths touch the creature over and over; They mold her to a New Life;

They (My Truths) return her to the Beauty of Our Image and Resemblance from the time she was Created, and Impress on her Their kiss of inseparable Union.

Just one of Our Truths can make a Sea of Prodigies and Divine Creations in the soul who has the goodness to listen to It.

One Truth can turn a perverted world into a Good and Holy one, because It is one of Our Lives, exposed for the Good of all.

It is a New Sun that We raise in created intellects; a Sun that will let Itself be known through Its Light and Heat, turning into Light and Heat whoever wants to listen.

Therefore, hiding a Truth that We give from Our Paternal Womb, with so much Love, is the greatest crime. It deprives human generations of the Greatest Good.

Further, one (Luisa and those linked to Luisa) who Lives in Our Most Holy Divine Will, by Marrying Us (Triune God), makes a Feast for all Saints.

All of them participate in this Divine Wedding and, because of It, they have their own party in Heaven and another one on earth.

Each act the creature does in Our Most Holy Divine Will is a Feast; a table sumptuously decked for the Heavenly Regions.

In return, the Saints give New Gifts.

They beseech the Lord to Manifest more Truths to the soul (Luisa), to broaden more and more the boundaries of the dowry that God gave to her (and to those linked to her.”)

In Voluntate Dei! – Fiat

Most esteemed one in the Lord,

“…Don’t you know that Redemption is preparation for the Kingdom of the Divine Will?  And the Sacred Heart of Jesus is nothing other than the Immense Reign of His Will.  It is not the Heart that dominates; it is the Divine Will that Dominates His Divine Heart.  Poor Heart, if it did not have a Will to Dominate it, it would be good at nothing.  If the will is Good, the heart is Good; if the will is Holy, the heart is Holy.  If our will gives place to the Divine, letting It Raise Its Throne in our will, the heart Acquires the Divine Qualities by Grace.  Therefore, both in the Divine and in the human order, it is always the will that has the First Place, the Prime Act, its Rule.  The heart and all the rest are in the secondary order… Therefore, to say that the heart reigns, if the Divine Will does not Reign, is absurd.  They can be called devotions, pious practices…; if the Divine Will does not Reign, the Kingdom does not exist.  It exists in Heaven, but has no place on earth.  However, the Holy Church, Organ and Messenger of the Supreme Fiat, through the Sacred Heart, through the Celestial Mama, Beseeches the Kingdom of the Divine Will.  She does not say it with words, but says it with facts.  The Divine Volition is the King – His Heart, His wounds, His Precious Blood, the Sweet Queen, form the ministers that surround the King, and through them Beseech the Kingdom of the Divine Will in souls.

Now, how can one know It?  All the necessary things, the different circumstances in which we may find ourselves, are Will of God for us.  If we are really determined to Live in It, God is so pleased that, if miracles are needed, He will make them in order not to let us use our will.  It is up to us to truly decide, and be willing to give even our life in order to Live in It; and Dear Jesus and the Sovereign Queen will take on the Commitment, will be our Sentries, and will Surround us with Such Graces as to not let us be betrayed by our own wills.  More so, since our Lord does not teach difficult things, nor does He impose them or want them, but He Facilitates all that He Wants from us in an Admirable Way; even more, He puts Himself in our place to make it easy for us, and does together with us all that He Wants us to do.

Act of Consecration to the Sacred Heart

I, [state your name], give myself and consecrate to the Sacred Heart of our Lord Jesus Christ my person and my life, my actions, pains, and sufferings, so that I may be unwilling to make use of any part of my being save to honor, love, and glorify the Sacred Heart.

This is my unchanging purpose, namely, to be all His, and to do all things for the love of Him, at the same time renouncing with all my heart whatever is displeasing to Him.

I therefore take Thee, O Sacred Heart, to be the only object of my love, the guardian of my life, my assurance of salvation, the remedy of my weakness and inconstancy, the atonement for all the faults of my life, and my sure refuge at the hour of death.

Be then, O Heart of goodness, my justification before God Thy Father, and turn away from me the strokes of His righteous anger. O Heart of Love, I put all my confidence in Thee for I fear everything from my own wickedness and frailty, but I hope for all things from Thy goodness and bounty.

Do Thou consume in me all that can displease Thee or resist Thy Holy Will; let Thy pure love imprint Thee so deeply upon my heart, that I shall nevermore be able to forget Thee or to be separated from Thee; may I obtain from all Thy loving kindness the grace of having my name written in Thee, for in Thee I desire to place all my happiness and all my glory, living and dying in very bondage to Thee. How the Divine Will forms the Most Holy Trinity in the creature who Lives in It.

“Blessed daughter of the Divine Volition, know that where My Will Reigns with Its Creative Power, Its Motion and Its Word, It Speaks in the works, in the steps, in the mind, in the breathing…. Wanting to establish Its Kingdom, My Will Speaks in order to Create Its Divine Life in each one of the acts of the creature. Therefore, it takes the greatest attention to sense where It wants to begin Its Teachings.

“By the Power of Its Word, Its Will Invests the human act—the breathing, the heartbeat, the thinking and the human word; and forms within it, Its Divine Work—the Breathing, the Heartbeat, the Thinking and the Divine Word. These Acts rise up to Heaven and present themselves before the Most Holy Trinity. Our Divinity looks at them, and what do We find? We find Ourselves, Our Life and even the Most Holy Trinity reproduced in these Acts. We look at the Prodigy of Our Will that overwhelmed the creature with Its Power, making of her the repetition of Our Own Life. O, how Happy, how enraptured We remain, because We find in her the Sanctity that resembles Us, Our Love that Loves Us, the Intelligence that understands Us, Our Power and Goodness that move Us to Love mankind through the bonds of Our Sweetness. We recognize Ourselves in her, finding the Work of Creation as We want It to be.

“A single one of these Acts contains such Wonders that they just can’t find enough room in which to place themselves, such is their Greatness. Only in Our Immensity can they find the place in which to stay, remaining Fused with Our Acts. What will Our Glory and the glory of the creature not be, since her acts, by virtue of Our Fiat, have their place within the Acts of her Creator? O, if all knew what it means to Live in the Divine Will, to let It Reign, they would compete with each other to be invested by It and become repeaters of Divine Life.”

Beloved Jesus kept silent. I remained immersed in the Sea of the Divine Volition, saying, as if stupefied: My God, what a great extent can be reached by one who Lives in Your Will…! And a crowd of thoughts, like many voices, were saying and saying… but I am unable to repeat them. Maybe I will be able to repeat them when I will be in the Heavenly Fatherland and possess the same language as up there.

So, feeling concerned, my Highest Good Jesus continued: “My daughter, don’t be surprised. Everything is possible to My Will. True Love, when It is Perfect, begins from oneself. The true model is the Most Holy Trinity. My Celestial Father Loved Himself, and in His Love He Generated His Son; so He Loved Himself in His Son. I, His Son, Loved Myself in the Father, and from this Love the Holy Spirit proceeded. By this Loving of Himself, the Heavenly Father Generated One Single Love, One Single Power, Sanctity, and so forth. He tied the inseparable Union of the Three Divine Persons.

“When We Created the Creation We Loved Ourselves. We Loved Ourselves in laying Heaven and in Creating the sun; it was the Love for Ourselves that moved Us to Create many beautiful things Worthy of Us and inseparable from Us. When We Created man the Love of Ourselves became more intense, and as We Loved Ourselves in him Our Love reproduced Our Life and Image in the depth of his soul. One can give nothing other than what he possesses. So, since Our Love was Perfect, as We Loved Ourselves, We could not separate Ourselves from what was coming from within Us.

“Now, Our Will, in wanting the creature to Live in It in order to form Its Kingdom, Loves Itself, and Loving Itself, wants to give what It possesses. Our Will is Happy only when It forms the repetition of Our Life, and when It Operates in the acts of the creature. Then, Triumphant and Victorious, and with Highest Glory and Honor for Us, It brings them into Our Divine Womb, so that We may Recognize Our own Life in the acts of the creature who Lives in Our Will. This is the meaning of Loving Itself in all that It wants to do and produce: giving Itself in order to form another being similar to Itself.

“Our Will is the fecundator and the sower of Our Life. Where It finds souls disposed It Loves Itself, fecundating them with Its Love—sowing in them Its Divine Acts, that, united together, form the Great Prodigy of the Divine Life in the creature. Therefore, abandon yourself completely in My Will. Let It make of you whatever It wants, and we’ll be Happy—you and Us.”

St. Thomas Aquinas

St. Thomas AquinasIn June 1272, St. Thomas Aquinas agreed to go to Naples and start a theological studies program for the Dominican house neighboring the university. While he was still writing prolifically, his works began to suffer in quality.

During the Feast of St. Nicolas in 1273, St. Thomas Aquinas had a mystical vision that made writing seem unimportant to him. At mass, he reportedly heard a voice coming from a crucifix that said, “Thou hast written well of me, Thomas; what reward wilt thou have?” to which St. Thomas Aquinas replied, “None other than thyself, Lord.”

When St. Thomas Aquinas’s confessor, Father Reginald of Piperno, urged him to keep writing, he replied, “I can do no more. Such secrets have been revealed to me that all I have written now appears to be of little value.” St. Thomas Aquinas never wrote again.

V19 – July 1, 1926
My Will was to be a book for each step, for each act, a book for each created thing; the whole earth was to be filled with volumes of knowledges regarding the Kingdom of my Will, such as to surpass the number of created things.  Now, where are these books?  There is no book – only a few sayings are known about It, while It should be at the origin of each knowledge – of anything.  Being the life of each thing, It should be on everything, like the image of the king impressed on the currency that circulates in a kingdom; like the light of the sun that shines over each plant to give it life; like water that quenches the thirst of burning lips; like food that satiates the hungry man after a long fast.  Everything should be filled with the knowledges regarding my Will; and if it is not so, it is a sign that the Kingdom of my Will is not known, and therefore not possessed.

V17 – September 17, 1924

Afterwards, my sweet Jesus gathered all the books written by me on His Divine Will; he united them together, then He pressed them to His Heart, and with unspeakable tenderness, added: “I bless these writings from the heart. I bless every word; I bless the effects and the value they contain. These writings are part of Myself.”

St. Philip Neri and the Divine Will

SAINT PHILIP NERI“Daughter, what you wrote about the reunions of priests is nothing but a process that I AM making with them. If they listen to Me – fine. But if they don’t, since the leaders of the ecclesiastics will not listen to Me because they too are bound by the laces of interest, and are slaves of human miseries, almost lapping them up – instead of dominating over those miseries, of interest, of high positions and the like, the miseries dominate them; therefore, since they are deafened by what is human, I will be neither understood nor listened to – I will turn to the civilian leaders, who will listen to Me more easily. Because of their desire to see the priest humiliated, and also because maybe these are a little more stripped than the ecclesiastics themselves, my voice will be more listened to; and what they do not want to do out of love, I will make them do by necessity and by force, and I will make the government take away what is left to them.”

And I: ‘My highest and only good, what will be the name to be given to these houses, and what the rules?’

And He: “The name will be: The Houses of the Resurrection of the Faith. As for the rules, they can use the same rules as the Oratory of Saint Philip Neri.”

The Congregation of the Oratory of Saint Philip Neri

The Congregation of the Oratory of Saint Philip Neri is a pontifical society of apostolic life of Catholic priests and lay-brothers who live together in a community bound together by no formal vows but only with the bond of charity. They are commonly referred to as Oratorians (Oratorian Fathers). This “Congregation of the Oratory” should not be confused with the French Oratory, a distinct congregation, the Society of the Oratory of Jesus (Société de l’Oratoire de Jésus), founded by Pierre de Bérulle in 1611 in Paris.

Founded in Rome in 1575 by St. Philip Neri, today it has spread around the world, with over 70 Oratories and some 500 priests. The post-nominal initials commonly used to identify members of the society are “C.O.” (Congregatio Oratorii). The abbreviation “Cong. Orat.” is also used.

Unlike a religious institute (the members of which take vows and are answerable to a central authority) or a monastery (the monks of which are likewise bound by vows in a community that may itself be autonomous and answerable directly to the Pope), the Oratorians are made up of members who commit themselves to membership in a particular, independent, self-governing local community (an Oratory, usually named for the place in which it is located: e.g., Birmingham Oratory, Oxford Oratory, Brooklyn Oratory) without actually taking vows, an unusual and innovative arrangement created by St. Philip. Normally an Oratory must have a minimum of 4 members, 2 being ordained, in order to be founded. If a group of men seeks to establish an Oratory, they may apply to do so, going through the proper diocesan channels; during the process of formation a member (or members) of a well-established Oratory resides in the community to facilitate every aspect of the proposed foundation.

History

The Congregation of the Oratory was founded by St. Philip Neri (1515–1595) in the city of Rome. The first Oratory received papal recognition in 1575.[1] The new community was to be a congregation of secular priests living under obedience but bound by no vows.[2] Speaking of Neri, whom he called, “the saint of joy”, Pope John Paul II said, “As is well known, the saint used to put his teaching into short and wise maxims: ‘Be good, if you can’… .He did not choose the life of solitude; but, in exercising his ministry among the common people, he also wished to be “salt” for all those who met him. Like Jesus, he was equally able to enter into the human misery present in the noble palaces and in the alleys of Renaissance Rome.”[3]

The core of St. Philip’s spirituality focused on an unpretentious return to the lifestyle of the first Disciples of Christ.[4] The object of the institute is threefold: prayer, preaching, and the sacraments.[2]

Up to 1800 the Oratory continued to spread through Italy, Sicily, Spain, Portugal, Poland, and other European countries; in South America, Brazil, India, and Ceylon. Under Napoleon I the Oratory was in various places despoiled and suppressed, but the congregation recovered and, after a second suppression in 1869, again revived.[2] A few houses were founded in Munich and Vienna.

Governance

There are eighty six Congregations of the Oratory throughout the world. Each Community is autonomous, but there is a Confederation which facilitates contact with the Holy See.[1] As such, the Congregation of the Oratory functions more like a monastic federation than like a religious institute.

Three documents govern the Oratory. The first is the “General Statutes” of the Congregation, which are guidelines to be followed throughout the world; these may be changed or modified when representatives from each Oratory gather every six years in a meeting called a “Congresso Generale”. The second is the “Particular Statutes”, which outline how an individual Oratory is to be conducted; these must be approved by Rome. The third document is the “Constitutions”, which establish general norms, and outline the relationship between the Congregation and the Holy See. As the Oratory is a confederation, there is no central authority such as is found within the Dominicans, Franciscans, or Jesuits. The definitive foundation of an Oratorian Congregation is actually done by the Roman Pontiff directly, which makes a Congregation what is called a “Pontifical Right” foundation.[5]

The Confederation elects one of its own to represent the interests of the Congregations to the Holy See; this is done through the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life. This person, known as Procurator General, resides in Rome at the Procura General.

Daily life

An Oratorian resides in an Oratory community of his choosing and is permanently stable, i.e., he is not subject to transfer to other Oratories or communities.[5] Oratorians have what is called ‘stability,’ which means they are committed as members of the community of a particular Oratory, though a member may move if there is a serious enough reason. Unlike the members of a religious institute, Oratorians are not bound by a rule to pray in common, though this is something that Oratorians consider important, and they commit themselves to praying together at least twice each day, and having one communal meal which is usually dinner. Oratorians normally have a set time each day for praying together in silent meditation; this ends classically with the recitation of a litany; they may also celebrate the Eucharist in common. Although some oratories may have a dominant mission (e.g. the London Oratory, which maintains a school), in general the members of the Oratory spend the day involved in various ministries: teaching, parish work, spiritual direction, campus ministry, hospital chaplaincies, administration or maintaining the fabric of the community house. Some oratories are specifically connected with parishes and thus its members serve as clergy of the parish.[5]

The Habit

As Oratorians are secular clergy, they wear roughly the same dress as parish priests. However, the black cassock is fastened with a set of buttons curved from the top to the righthand side. In addition there is a distinctive Oratorian clerical collar which may be worn: white cloth that folds over the collar all around the neck, with a number of folds in, indicating from which particular Oratory a priest originates. The cassock is bound by a sash, called a fascia. The habit is given at formal reception into the community which comes after a few months of living together to see if the candidate fits in well. Members often, but do not necessarily, wear the cassock whilst engaged in their respective ministries, as this may be deemed unsuitable. On such occasions, members of the Oratory would wear the normal street clothes of a cleric, i.e., dark suit, but with the Oratorian collar. In some countries (such as Spain) the distinctive Oratorian cassock and collar was never adopted and there is no way to tell Oratorians from other secular priests.

“My daughter, Luisa, to all you have said on Fusing yourself in My Divine Will, another Application Must be Added – that of Fusing yourself in the Order of Grace, in all that the Sanctifier – the Holy Spirit – has Done and Shall Do to those who are to be Sanctified. Furthermore, while We – the Three Divine Persons – remain Always United in Working, if Creation is Related to the Father, and Redemption to the Son – the “Fiat Voluntas Tua” was Attributed to the Holy Spirit. And it is Exactly in the “Fiat Voluntas Tua” that the Divine Spirit will Display His Work. You do it when, in Coming before the Supreme Majesty, you say: ‘I Come to Give Love in Return for Everything which the Sanctifier Does to those who are to be Sanctified. I Come to Enter into the Order of Grace, to Give You Glory and Return of Love, as if all had become Saints, and to Repair You for all the oppositions and lack of correspondence to Grace…”; and as much as you can, in Our Will you search for the Acts of Grace of the Spirit Sanctifier, in order to Make your own – His Sorrow, His Secret Moans, His Anguishing Sighs in the depth of the hearts, on seeing Himself unwelcome. And since the First Act He Does is to Bring Our Will as the Complete Act of their Sanctification, on seeing Himself rejected, He Moans with Inexpressible Moans. And in your Childlike Simplicity, you say to Him: ‘Spirit Sanctifier, hurry, I Implore You, I Beg You, Let Everyone Know Your Will, so that, in Knowing It, they May Love It and Welcome Your Prime Act of their Complete Sanctification – which is Your Holy Will!’ My daughter, We – the Three Divine Persons – are Inseparable and Distinct, and In This Way Do We Want to Manifest to the human generations Our Works for them: while Remaining United within Ourselves, each One of Us Wants to Manifest Individually His Love and His Work for the creatures.”

V18 – 11.5.25

I was fusing myself in the Holy Divine Volition according to my usual way; and while I was trying, as much as I could, to requite my Jesus with my little love for all that He has done in Redemption, my lovable and sweet Love, Jesus, moving in my interior, told me:  “My daughter, with your flight in My Divine Will, reach all the Sacraments instituted by Me; descend into the depths of them, to give Me your little requital of Love.  Oh! how many of My secret tears you will find, how many bitter sighs, how many suffocated Moans of the Holy Spirit.  His Moaning is continuous, before the many disillusions of Our Love.  The Sacraments were instituted in order to continue My Life on earth in the midst of My children.  But, alas!, how many sorrows.  This is why I feel the necessity of your little love.  It may be small, but My Will shall make it great.  My Love does not tolerate for one who must Live in My Divine Will not to associate herself with My sorrows, and not to give Me her little requital of love for all that I have done and that I suffer.  Therefore, My daughter, see how My Love Moans in the Sacraments.

If I see a newborn being baptized, I cry with sorrow, because, while through Baptism I restore his innocence, I find my child again, I give back to him the rights over Creation which he had lost, I Smile at him with Love and Satisfaction, I make the enemy flee from him, that he may no longer have any right over him, I entrust him to the Angels, and all of Heaven makes feast for him – soon My Smile turns into sorrow, the feast into mourning.  I see that the one who is baptized will be an enemy of mine, a new Adam, and maybe even a lost soul.  Oh! how My Love Moans in each Baptism; especially, then, if one adds that the minister who is baptizing does not do it with that respect, dignity and decorum which befit a Sacrament that contains the new regeneration.  Ah! many times they pay more attention to a bagatelle, to whatever show, than to administering a Sacrament.  So, My Love feels itself being pricked by the baptizer and by the one who is baptized, and it Moans with unutterable Moans.  Would you not want, then, to give Me a requital of Love, a Loving Moan, for each Baptism, so as to keep company with My sorrowful Moans?

GiftsoftheHolySpiritMove on to the Sacrament of Confirmation.  Ah! how many bitter sighs.  While, through Confirmation, I restore his courage, I give back to him the lost strengths, rendering him invincible to all enemies and to his passions, and he is admitted to the ranks of the militia of his Creator, that he may fight for the acquisition of the Celestial Fatherland, and the Holy Spirit Gives him His Loving Kiss again, lavishes a thousand caresses on him, and offers Himself as the companion of his career – yet, many times He feels Himself being requited with the kiss of a traitor, His Caresses being despised, His company shunned.  How many Moans, how many sighs for his return, how many secret voices to the heart, for the one who shuns Him – to the point of tiring Himself from speaking.  But – no, it is in vain.  Therefore, do you not want to give your requital of love, your loving kiss, your company to the Holy Spirit, who Moans because of so much neglection?

But, do not stop, keep flying, and you will hear the anguishing Moans of the Holy Spirit in the Sacrament of Penance.  How much ingratitude, how many abuses and profanations, on the part of those who administer it and on the part of those who receive it.  In this Sacrament, My Blood places Itself in act over the contrite sinner, in order to descend upon his soul, to wash him, embellish him, heal him and strengthen him, to give back to him the lost Grace, to place in his hands the Keys of Heaven, which sin had snatched away from him; to impress on his forehead the Peacemaking Kiss of Forgiveness.  But, ah! how many harrowing Moans, in seeing souls approaching this Sacrament of Penance without sorrow, out of habit, almost as a vent of the human heart.  Others – horrible to be said – instead of going to find the Life of their souls, of Grace, go to find death, to pour out their passions.  So, the Sacrament is reduced to a mockery, to a nice chat; and My Blood, instead of Descending as a Bath, Descends as Fire, which withers them even more.  And so, in each Confession, Our Love cries inconsolably and, sobbing, repeats:  ‘Human ingratitude, how great you are.  Everywhere you try to offend Me; and while I offer you Life, you turn the very Life I offer you into death.’  See, then, how Our Moans await your requital of Love in the Sacrament of Penance.

Do not let your love stop; go through all the Tabernacles, through each Sacramental Host, and in each Host you will hear the Holy Spirit Moan with unutterable sorrow.  The Sacrament of the Eucharist is not only their own life that souls receive, but is my very Life that gives Itself to them.  So, the Fruit of this Sacrament is to form My Life in them, and each Communion serves to make My Life Grow, to Develop It, in such a way that one may be able to say:  ‘I am another Christ’.  But, alas!, how few take advantage of it.  Even more, how many times I Descend into hearts and they make Me find the weapons to wound Me, and repeat for Me the tragedy of My Passion.  And as the Sacramental Species are consumed, instead of pressing Me to stay with them, I AM forced to leave bathed with tears, Crying over My Sacramental lot; and I find no one who calms My Crying and My Sorrowful Moans.  If you could break those veils of the Host, which cover Me, you would find Me bathed with crying, knowing the lot that awaits Me in descending into hearts.  Therefore, let your requital of love for each Host be continuous, in order to calm My Crying, and to render less sorrowful the Moans of the Holy Spirit.

Do not stop, otherwise We will not find you always together with Us in Our Moans and in Our secret tears; We will feel the void of your requital of Love.  Descend into the Sacrament of Ordination.  Here, yes, you will find Our most intimate hidden sorrows, the most bitter tears, the most harrowing Moans.  The Ordination constitutes man to a supreme height, to a Divine Character – the repeater of My Life, the administer of the Sacraments, the revealer of My Secrets, of My Gospel, of the Most Sacred Science; the peacemaker between Heaven and earth, the bearer of Jesus to souls.  But, alas!, how many times We see, in the ordained one, how he will be a Judas for Us, a usurper of the character which is being impressed in him.  Oh! how the Holy Spirit Moans in seeing, in the ordained one, the most sacred things, the greatest Character which exists between Heaven and earth, being snatched away from Him.  How many profanations!  Each act of this ordained one, not done according to the character impressed, will be a cry of sorrow, a bitter crying, a harrowing Moan.  The Ordination is the Sacrament which encloses all other Sacraments together.  Therefore, if the ordained one is able to preserve whole within himself the character he has received, he will almost place all other Sacraments in safety, he will be the defender and the savior of Jesus Himself.  But, not seeing this in the ordained one, Our Sorrows are sharpened more, Our Moans become more continuous and sorrowful.  Therefore, let your requital of Love flow in each priestly act, to keep company with the Moaning Love of the Holy Spirit.

Lend Us the ear of your heart and listen to Our Profound Moans in the Sacrament of Marriage.  How many disorders in it!  pentecost-feastMarriage was elevated by Me to a Sacrament, in order to place in it a Sacred Bond, the Symbol of the Sacrosanct Trinity, the Divine Love which It encloses.  So, the Love which was to Reign in the father, mother and children, the Concord, the Peace, was to Symbolize the Celestial Family.  I was to have on earth as many other families similar to the Family of the Creator, destined to populate the earth like as many terrestrial angels, to then bring them back to populate the celestial regions.  But, ah! how many Moans in seeing families of sin being formed in the Marriage, which symbolize hell, with discord, with lack of Love, with hatred, and which populate the earth like many rebellious angels, who will serve to populate hell.  The Holy Spirit Moans with harrowing Moans in each Marriage, in seeing so many infernal dens being formed on earth.  Therefore, place your requital of Love in each Marriage, in each creature which comes to the light; in this way, your Loving Moan will render less sorrowful Our continuous Moans.

Our Moans are not yet finished; therefore, let your requital of Love reach the bed of the dying one when the Sacrament of the Extreme Unction is administered.  But, ah! how many Moans, how many of Our secret tears!  This Sacrament has the virtue of placing the dying sinner in safety at any cost; it is the confirmation of Sanctity for the good and the holy; it is the last bond which it establishes, through its Unction, between the creature and God; it is the Seal of Heaven which it impresses in the redeemed soul; it is the infusion of the merits of the Redeemer, in order to enrich her, purify her and embellish her; it is the final brush stroke which the Holy Spirit Gives her in order to dispose her to depart from the earth, so as to make her appear before her Creator.  In sum, the Extreme Unction is the final display of Our Love, and the final Clothing of the soul; it is the rearranging of all the good works; therefore, it acts in a surprising way in those who are alive to Grace.  With the Extreme Unction, the soul is as though covered by a Celestial Dew, which extinguishes, as though in one breath, her passions, her attachment to the earth and to all that does not belong to Heaven.  But, alas!, how many Moans, how many bitter tears, how many indispositions, how many negligences.  How many losses of souls; how few the Sanctities it finds to be confirmed; how scarce the Good Works to be reordered and rearranged.  Oh! if all could hear Our Moans, Our crying, over the bed of the dying one, in the act of administering the Sacrament of the Extreme Unction – all would cry with sorrow.  Do you not want, then, to give Us your requital of Love for each time this Sacrament is administered, which is the final display of Our Love toward the creature?  Our Will awaits you everywhere, to have your requital of Love and your company with Our Moans and Sighs.”

From the Virgin Mary in the Kingdom of the Divine Will – Day 30:

“O please! O holy Mama, never leave me alone again, and let the Holy Spirit descend into me, that He may burn away all that does not belong to the Divine Will.”

As they (the Apostles) were Invested, they Acquired New Science, Invincible Strength, Ardent Love. A New Life Flowed within them, which rendered them Intrepid and Courageous, in Such a Way that they scattered throughout the whole world to Make Redemption Known, and to lay down their lives for their Master. I remained with beloved John, and was forced to leave Jerusalem, as the storm of persecution began.

My dearest child, You Must Know that I still continue My Magisterium in the Church – there is nothing which does not descend from Me. I can say that I Pour All Myself out for Love of My children, and I Nourish them with My Maternal Milk. Now, during these times, I Want to display an even More Special Love by Making Known how My Whole Life was Formed in the Kingdom of the Divine Will. Therefore I Call you onto My Knees, into My Maternal Arms, so that, Forming a Boat for you, you may be Sure to Live in the Sea of the Divine Will. Greater Grace I could not Give you. O please! I beg you, Make your Mama Content! Come to Live in this Kingdom so Holy! And when you see that your will would want to have some act of life, Come and Take Refuge in the Safe Boat of My Arms, saying to Me: “My Mama, my will wants to betray me, and I deliver it to You, that You May Put the Divine Will in its place.”

Oh, how Happy I will be if I am able to say: “My child is all Mine, because she Lives of Divine Will.” And I Will Make the Holy Spirit Descend into your soul, that He may Burn Away from you all that is human; and by His Refreshing Breath, He May Rule Over you and Confirm you in the Divine Will.”
