V16 – February 10, 1924 – “…Do you see how necessary it is to make them understand that complete abandonment is needed in order to Live in My Divine Will? And you say it is not necessary to write about it? I feel compassion for you, because you do not see what I see, and that’s why you take it lightly. Instead, in My All-seeingness, I see that these Writings will be for My Church as a New Sun which will rise in her midst; and men, attracted by its radiant Light, will strive to transform themselves into this Light and become Spiritualized and Divinized, and therefore, Renewing the Church, they will Transform the face of the earth.

The Doctrine on My Will is the Purest, the most Beautiful, not subject to any shadow of the material or of interest, either in the supernatural or in the natural order. Therefore, just like the sun, It will be the most Penetrating, the most Fecund, and the most Welcomed and appreciated. And being Light, It will Make Itself Understood and will Make Its Own Way. It will not be subject to doubt or suspicions of error; and if some words will not be understood, it will be because of too much Light, which, eclipsing the human intellect, will not allow them to understand the whole Fullness of the Truth. However, they will not find one word which is not True. At the most, they will not be able to comprehend it fully.

Therefore, in view of the Good which I see, I push you to neglect nothing in writing. One saying, one effect, one simile on My Divine Will can be like beneficial Dew upon the souls, just as dew is beneficial on the plants after a day of burning sun, or like a pouring rain after long months of drought. You cannot understand all the Good, the Light, the Strength contained in one word; but your Jesus knows it, and knows the ones whom it will Serve and the Good it will do.”

Now, as He was saying this, He showed me a table in the midst of the Church, and all the Writings on the Divine Will placed on it. Many venerable people surrounded that table and were transformed into Light and Divinized; and as they walked, they communicated that Light to whomever they encountered. Then Jesus added: “You, Luisa, will see this great Good from Heaven, when the Church will receive this Celestial Food, which will Strengthen Her and Make Her Rise again to Her Full Triumph.”

“Now, as the human will has its doors, its stairs, in order to descend into the abyss of evils, not in order to ascend, so My Divine Will has Its doors, Its stairs, in order to Ascend to Its Heavens, to Its Immense Goods, and It forms the Living Paradise of the one who possesses It. And every Knowledge that regards It is one door that is opened, it is a stair that is formed, it is a way that opens before you that you must cross in order to possess with deeds what you have known. See, therefore, the Great Good of the so many Knowledges that I have manifested to you. They are so many Doors that make the entrance into Its Kingdom easy for you. And at every door I have placed an Angel as Guardian so that he would give you a hand and conduct you safely into the Regions of the Divine Will.

V1 – “…what I recommend to you is prayer. Even if you should suffer pains of death, you must never neglect that which you are used to doing; even more, the more you see yourself in the abyss, the more you will invoke the help of the one who can free you. Still more, I want you to place yourself, blindly, in the hands of the confessor, without examining what is being said to you. You will be surrounded by darkness, and will be like one who has no eyes, and who needs a hand to guide her. The eye for you will be the voice of the confessor, which, like light, will clear the darkness from you; the hand will be obedience, which will be your guide and support to make you reach a safe harbor. The last thing I recommend to you is courage. I want you to enter the battle with intrepidity. The thing that an adversary army fears the most is to see courage, strength, and the way in which one challenges the most dangerous fights, without fearing anything. So the demons are; there is nothing they fear more than a courageous soul who, all clinging to Me, with a strong spirit, goes into their midst, not to be wounded, but with the firm resolution of wounding them and exterminating them.

V2 – June 2, 1899 – “The greatest favor I can do for a soul, is to make her know herself. The knowledge of self and the knowledge of God go together; the more you know yourself, the more you know God. When the soul has known herself, as she sees that she can do nothing good by herself, her shadow, her being, transforms her in God, and it happens that she does all of her operations in God. It happens that the soul is in God and walks beside Him, without looking, without investigating, without speaking – in a word, as if she were dead. In fact, knowing the depth of her nothingness, she dares to do nothing by herself, but she blindly follows the trajectory of the operations of God.

A Bernardine Sister was shown in spirit the vast desolation caused by the devil throughout the world. At the same time, she heard the Blessed Virgin telling her it was true, Hell had been let loose upon the earth, and that the time had come to pray to her as Queen of Angels and to ask of her the assistance of the Heavenly Legions to fight against these deadly foes of God and of men.

“But, my good Mother,” she replied, “you who are so kind, could you not send them without our asking?”

“No,” Our Lady answered, “because prayer is one of the conditions required by God Himself for obtaining favors.”

Then the Blessed Virgin communicated the following prayer, bidding her to have it printed and distribute it gratis.

Most holy Mother, send thy angels to defend us and to drive the cruel enemy from us.

All ye holy angels and archangel, help and defend us. Amen.

O good and tender Mother! Thou shalt ever be our Love and our Hope.

• Birthday of Sister Mildred Mary Ephrem (1916-2000) – God’s ‘Little White Dove’, born on the Feast of Our Lady, Queen of the Angels in Brooklyn, NY. At the age of 14, Mildred Neuzil entered the active religious congregation of the Sisters of the Precious Blood, a papal community, in Dayton Ohio. Three years later Mildred made her first vows as a professed religious. She received the name Sister Mary Ephrem, a name that means “doubly fruitful”.

V19 – April 9, 1926 – “My daughter, My Will contains the Creative Power; therefore It Creates in the soul the Strength, the Grace, the Light and the very Beauty with which It wants Its own things to be done by the soul.  So, the soul feels a Divine Strength within herself, as if it were her own; a Grace which is sufficient for the good that she must do, or for a pain that she is given to suffer; a Light which, as though naturally, makes her see the Good that she does.  And attracted by the Beauty of the Divine Work that she performs, she rejoices and makes Feast, because the Works that My Will performs in the soul carry the Mark of Joy and of a perennial feast.  This feast was started by my Fiat in Creation, but it was interrupted by the split of the human will from that of God; and as the soul lets the Supreme Will Operate and Dominate, the Feast resumes its course, and the Amusements, the Games, the Delights, continue between the creature and Us.  There is no unhappiness or sorrow within Us – how could We give it to creatures?  And if they feel unhappiness, it is because they leave the Divine Will and enclose themselves within the little field of the human will.  Therefore, as they return to the Supreme Volition, they find the Joys, the Happiness, the Power, the Strength, the Light, the Beauty of their Creator; and making them their own, they feel within themselves a Natural Divine Substance, which reaches the point of giving them Joy and Happiness even in sorrow.  Therefore, it is always a Feast between the soul and Us – we play and we Delight together.

On the other hand, in the human will there is not a Creative Power which, if one wants to exercise the virtues, might be able to create patience, humility, obedience, etc.  This is why one feels hardship, fatigue, in order to be able to practice the virtues:  because the Divine Strength that sustains them, the Creative Power that Nourishes them and Gives them Life, is missing.  And so inconstancy appears, and one passes easily from Virtues to vices, from Prayer to dissipation, from Church to amusements, from Patience to impatience – all this mix of Good and evil produces unhappiness in the creature.  On the other hand, one who lets My Will Reign within herself feels Firmness in Good; she feels that all things bring her Happiness and Joy.  More so, since all the things Created by Us Carry the Mark – the Seed of the Joy and the Happiness of the One Who Created them; and they were Created by Us so that all of them might bring Happiness to man.  Each created thing has the Mandate from Us to bring to the creature the Happiness and the Joy it possesses.  In fact, what Joy and Happiness does the Light of the sun not bring?  What pleasure do the blue heavens, a flowery field, a murmuring sea, not bring to one’s sight?  What enjoyment do a sweet and tasty fruit, some very fresh water, and many – many other things, not bring to one’s palate?  All Created things say to man in their mute language:  ‘We bring you the Happiness, the Joy of our Creator.’  But do you want to know in whom all Created things find the Echo of their Joy and Happiness?  In one in whom they find My Will Reigning and Dominating, because that Will which Reigns in them as whole, That which God Himself Possesses, and That which Reigns in the soul, become one and make Seas of Joys, of Happiness and of Contentments Overflow into one another.  Indeed, it is a True Feast.

Therefore, My daughter, every time you Fuse yourself in My Will, and you go around through all Created things to impress your love, your glory, your adoration upon each thing I created to make you happy, I feel Joy, Happiness and glory being renewed in Me, as in the act in which We issued the whole Creation.  You cannot understand the Feast You make for Us, when We see your littleness, which, wanting to embrace everything in Our Will, Repays Us in Love and in Glory for all Created things.  Our Joy is so great, that We put everything aside to Enjoy the Joy and the Feast that you give Us.  Therefore, to Live in the Supreme Will is the greatest thing for Us and for the soul – it is the Outpouring of the Creator over the creature; and Pouring Himself over her, He Gives her His Shape and Makes her share in all the Divine Qualities, in such a way that We feel Our Works, Our Joy, Our Happiness, being Repeated by her.”

V23 – January 18, 1928 – “Now, what I manifest on My Divine Will, and that you, Luisa, write, can be called ‘The Gospel of the Kingdom of the Divine Will.’ In nothing does It oppose either Sacred Scriptures or the Gospel that I announced while being on earth; on the contrary, It can be called the support of one and of the other. And this is why I allow and I call Priests to come—to read the Gospel, all of Heaven, of the Kingdom of My Divine Fiat, so as to say, as I said to the Apostles: ‘Preach It throughout the whole world.’ In fact, in My works I make use of the Priesthood; and just as I had the Priesthood before My coming in order to prepare the people, and the Priesthood of My Church in order to confirm My coming and everything I did and said, so will I have the Priesthood of the Kingdom of My Will.

“…“My daughter, it is a great necessity to form the first Priests; they will serve Me like the Apostles served Me to form My Church; and the ones who will occupy themselves with these Writings in order to publish them, putting them out to print them—to make them known, will be the new evangelists of the Kingdom of My Supreme Will. “…like a fisherman, I catch those who must serve Me for a Kingdom so holy.

V31 – November 6, 1932 – “Therefore one ‘Fiat’ draws Me, and another enraptures Me; it forms the void in the creature for where to place the Order and the Harmony of My Operating ‘Fiat.’ It disposes her and imposes Itself over Me to make Me give other Lessons so as to be able to form many Acts together, that, united among themselves, form the New more Beautiful Creation, more artful than the machine of the universe, that must serve for the Kingdom of My same Will. Therefore every Word of Mine is a Work, it is one more outlet of Love, it is putting an end to My First Begun ‘Fiat.’ Giving each other a hand, the first and last that will be pronounced, they will form the braiding of the New Creation of My Kingdom in the depth of the soul, that, transmitted to posterity will be bearer of more than the universe itself of Goods, of Sanctity, and of Graces to the human generations.

V31 – February 12, 1933 – “True Love has the virtue of transforming things; it places a sweet Enchantment to Our Divine Pupils, and renders the little loving acts of creatures Beautiful, gracious, and pleasant to Us, in a way that Enraptures Us, wounds Us, and makes Us Happy. We make Ourselves Kidnapers making of her Our most welcome Conquest. Therefore, if you want to make Us Happy and be Bearer to your God of Joys and of Happiness—love, always love, don’t ever stop loving Us. And in order to be more secure, enclose all of yourself in the Divine Fiat, that will let nothing escape from you that is not Love for your Creator.”

V35 – March 28, 1938 – “I can say that My Greatest Pain down here, that gave Me a continuous Death, was to see the creatures neither Living in My Will, nor doing It, because I saw that My Acts remained without the Purpose for which I was doing them—without giving the Life with which they were Invested. And if I were not All-Seeing—seeing all the centuries in one present Act, as well as My beloved children who were going to Live in My Divine Will, and who had to use all that My Humanity did and suffered in order to establish My Kingdom, using It as their most Beautiful residence—I could not have borne such a great Pain. Therefore, continue to trace My Acts, My Steps and My Pains, to ask for My Will to come and Reign on earth, and My Pain will be soothed, and will turn into Love, to shorten the time and make My Will known, Loved—and Reign. I will keep you as refreshment for Me, and as Bearer of the balm to My Pains; and when I see My Acts and My sufferings embittered with Pain because the creature is running away from My Will, I will come and take refuge in you, to soothe and embalm My sufferings, too embittered by the Pain.”

V36 – August 6, 1938 – “…Since one who Lives in My Will is inside Our Supreme Being, she is the Speaking, moving, Palpitating Creation who, in the name of all created things, brings Us the food of love that all should give Us. We can say that Our Love feeds all created things. Therefore We feel the need to receive the return of love—not to remain on an empty stomach—and only one who Lives in Our Will, who embraces all and Loves Us for all, can feed Us with her Love in return. How Beautiful it is to see the creature picking up Our Love, spread through the whole Creation—even Love that has not been taken because of human ingratitude. Then she brings it to Us to give Us the food of Love in the name of everyone and everything, enchanting the whole Heaven; and We welcome her as the Bearer of all Our Works, returning Our Love—in her We can repeat all Our Marvels.”

V36 – May 15, 1938 – “You Must Know that Our Love is so Great that when We decide to give a Word, to Manifest a Truth from Our Supreme Majesty, We also provide the Act in which to do it, enclosing in Ourselves the Good which that Truth has to produce. When the Good We have to give to creatures, through those Truths We Manifest, is all mature and completed, then We give this Good to one of them, and she becomes the Bearer of that Good for the benefit of all human generations.

V36 – November 30, 1938 – “Our Will embraces all, and as the soul forms her acts, she becomes the Bearer of all. If she adores, she brings us the adoration of all; if she suffers, she encloses the reparation of all. One act in Our Will must surpass, enclose and embrace everyone and everything, to the extent of becoming the Bearer of Our Supreme Being, since We never get out of Our Will. So, one who Lives in It can enclose Us within each one of her acts, to bring Us wherever she wants: to the creatures, to make Ourselves known; to the whole Creation, to tell Us how Beautiful Our Works are; to Ourselves, to tell Us: ‘See how much I Love You, I even get to bring You Yourselves.’

“We find Ourselves in the same condition as the sphere of the sun, that never goes out of the circle of its rays. Even if the rays descend to the bottom of the earth, investing all—even the most tiny plant, the sphere never moves from its light, from the high place where it is; but it still walks together with its rays, doing whatever they do. Such are We, the Bearer of our Will; while Our Will is Our own Bearer. We are One Single Life, and whoever Lives in It becomes the Bearer of Our Divine Being, while We become the Bearers of the little human will. And We Love it so much that it forms Our Victory and Our Most Beautiful Joy: to see Our Will being accomplished within it.”

I want you like the soldiers in the battle field: even if the act of fighting is not continuous they remain with their weapons ready, and if necessary, seated in the quarters, so that every time the enemy tries to start the fight, they may always be ready to defeat him. The same for you, My daughter (Luisa): you will remain always ready, always at your post, so that every time I should want to make You suffer either for My relief or to hold back chastisements, or for anything else, I may find you always ready. I do not have to always call you, or dispose you to the sacrifice each time; but rather, you will consider yourself as being always called, even if I should not always keep you in the act of suffering. So, we have understood each other, haven’t we? Be tranquil, and fear nothing.”
